In case of a dispute arising from a legal services agreement concluded between Advokátní kancelář Kutějová, Maršál, Briaský s.r.o. and a client who is a consumer, where this dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the client may file an application for resolution of such a dispute out of court with the above-specified body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. More information can be found on the website of the Czech Bar Association. The client may also use the online dispute resolution platform established by the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
